Fr Matthew Hsu SJ, Director of the Pope’s Prayer Network, and Eucharistic Youth Movement in Taiwan
Your Holiness Pope Francis,
I am Fr. Matthew Hsu, SJ, the director of the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network in Taiwan. I am very pleased to have the opportunity to report to you on how the traditional Chinese language version of Click To Pray is working in Taiwan. On March 1 of this year, we officially launched the traditional Chinese language version of Click To Pray at the Taiwan Eucharistic Conference held in the Chiayi Diocese.
Many people in Taiwan are grateful that the Pope’s Global Prayer Network has been able to keep up with the times and launch this mobile app, Click To Pray. Click To Pray helps people to live out their spiritual lives in a practical way three times a day. Many people desire to be closer to God, but do not know how to do this. Through Click To Pray, people receive simple and practical guidance for the spiritual life. They gradually cultivate a habit of prayer in their daily lives. Through this app, people open their hearts to God and dedicate their lives to Jesus Christ. Further, they learn to care more deeply about the needs of the world and the universal mission of the church. This app enriches their faith.
Young people have told me that since they can pray together with the Pope on Click To Pray, this makes them feel closer to the church. Through the intercessory prayer section of Click To Pray, Pray with Internet, people feel that they are not alone on this road of faith. They see and feel support from brothers and sisters all over the world. This helps people to realize that we belong to the one body of Christ. At present, the situation in Taiwanese society is that young people do not easily feel a sense of hope. Yet, due to their faith, they still try to live out Gospel values and to be witness in the world of the love and compassion of God. Your Holiness, Pope Francis, you are a great example for us, and we often pray for you. Thank you for your support.

Dans le processus de recréation de l’Apostolat de la prière, il nous est apparu clairement que nous devions retrouver notre lien au Coeur de Jésus, parce que c’est cette relation forte qui peut faire de nous des missionnaires par la prière. Cet Amour brûlant nous donne les sentiments de compassion de Jésus pour le monde et fait naître en nous le désir de porter la mission avec Lui : cette mission se concrétise dans les intentions de prière du Pape.
En France, avec le directeur du Réseau Mondial de Prière du Pape, nous avons proposé plusieurs retraites spirituelles avec le Chemin du coeur, et nous avons senti combien ce passage par le Coeur de Jésus était essentiel : c’est la clé de voûte de l’itinéraire. Cet Amour change notre coeur et nous envoie au coeur du monde.
Aujourd’hui, il nous appartient de chercher et trouver le moyen de faire connaître ce Chemin du coeur au plus grand nombre !
ARGENTINA
Querido Papa Francisco,
Soy Bettina Raed, vengo de Mendoza – Argentina, soy esposa y madre de familia, y Directora de la Red Mundial de Oración de Argentina y Uruguay. Te quiero contar sobre El Camino del Corazón. Es una verdadera escuela del Corazón que nos ayuda a poner nuestro corazón en sintonía con el de Jesús, para que nuestros sentimientos y nuestros gestos se calibren con los de Él y colaboremos en Su misión de compasión por el mundo.
En Argentina y Uruguay promovemos y ayudamos mucho a este proyecto. En comunidades, colegios, parroquias, rezan con este Camino del Corazón y vemos cómo los corazones se encienden y arden de amor y alegría.
Con el equipo internacional hemos escrito pequeños libros para entrar en el Camino del Corazón y rezar con él, y hoy hemos lanzando aquí oficialmente una plataforma digital con website y App para el teléfono para facilitar la difusión de esta misión de compasión.
Estamos muy contentos de trabajar en El Camino del Corazón para que ayude todos a entrar en la dinámica del Corazón de Jesús y movilicen sus vidas por las necesidades de tantos hombres y mujeres de este mundo. Rezamos contigo y por ti, Papa Francisco y, trabajando para los demás.
ETHIOPIA

Greetings. My name is Selam Berhanu, I am a Daughter of the Heart of Mary and National Coordinator of Ethiopia EYM.I wish to begin by expressing my gratitude to God, to beloved pope Frances and His Prayer Network.
Ethiopia is found in the horn of Africa. One the oldest Christian Country, a country where Christian and Muslim live in a harmony.
EYM started by Sr. Vivian, DHM, from Madagascar in 2008, in the school. The movement grew slowly as parishes and today EYM exist in 11 diocese. EYM has the biggest number of among all youth movements, and within 10 years today, we are above 13,000.
EYM generates great enthusiasm for friendship with Jesus, among children and young people.
EYM Ethiopia is rooted in the word of God nourished by Eucharist and outreaching to the sick, poor and the needy with joy to accomplish their mission.
EYM is helping youth to discover their vocation and to be committed to their parishes and to the society and EYM commitment to Jesus to His presence in the Eucharist, have been a significant factor in discovering my vocation.
I close with the prayer intention, in the name of our youth, that we will invite Pope Francis to Ethiopia. He shall be the first pope ever to visit our country. Thank you and God bless.

Querido Papa Francisco, amigos de la Red Mundial de Oración del Papa y el Mej:
Mi nombre es Diego Martínez, soy centroamericano, nacido en Guatemala, Coordinador Nacional de la Red Mundial de Oración del Papa en Guatemala. Estar frente a usted es una gran bendición.
Agradezco por haber puesto su mirada en Guatemala, país lleno de gente cálida, cultura y variedad natural. Desde joven me involucré en iglesia y organizaciones para trabajar por la paz. Al tomar la misión, fue un gran desafío, por los conflictos que atraviesa mi país.
La Red Mundial de Oración del Papa en Guatemala, ha sido bien aceptada por los jóvenes y ancianos. Al compartir El Video del Papa y Click To Pray, he visto que es un mensaje de Cristo, de esperanza y consuelo, ayuda a personas a retomar el camino y a sentir su cercanía. En conjunto con mi familia, amigos, religiosos y medios de comunicación, hemos despertado inquietud de trabajar en unión, llevamos la misión a todo el país. El impacto va creciendo, tanto que veo la necesidad de llevar El Video del Papa a las comunidades, en sus propios idiomas mayas.
Siempre soñé trabajar con el Papa. Nada se mueve sin la voluntad de Dios. Me siento feliz. Seguiré impulsando la alegría de la Red Mundial de Oración del Papa en mi país ¡Guatemala lo ama! Lo acompañamos en oración.

Santidade
O Apostolado da Oração, hoje Rede Mundial de Oração do Papa, entrou em Portugal em 1864. Desde então, teve um lugar importantíssimo na Igreja em Portugal. O Amor ao Coração de Cristo e à Eucaristia, a oração pelas intenções do Papa, fazem parte do tecido caraterístico da piedade popular portuguesa.
Move-nos a preocupação de unir a sabedoria dos mais velhos e a vitalidade dos mais novos, dentro da vida da Igreja.
No nosso país existe uma presença significativa de Centros do Apostolado da Oração nas paróquias. O processo de recriação e a sua difusão, também através dos meios digitais, tem permitido integrar pessoas mais novas, motivadas para a missão da Rede Mundial de Oração do Papa. Temos consciência que o Espírito nos tem feito trabalhar para ajudar a cultivar a intimidade com Jesus e oferecer a vida quotidiana em favor dos outros. Muitos jovens, através das plataformas digitais que propomos – Passo-a-Rezar; Click To Pray; Vídeo do Papa –, têm descoberto a vida de oração e aberto o coração aos grandes desafios do mundo e da missão da Igreja, a nível pessoal e comunitário.
Hoje renovamos o nosso compromisso e entusiasmo ao serviço da missão de Cristo e na difusão das intenções que Vossa Santidade nos confia.
